CURRENT OPENING(S):

AUDIT MANAGER
Experience in health-care, non-profit and/or government industries required.

We are currently seeking a resourceful, career-driven Audit Manager with 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting to manage multiple engagements simultaneously for health-care, non-profit and/or government clients.  Managerial duties include:

  • Supervising engagements and special assignments using established Firm policies and procedures.
  • Liaison between partners, the client, and the professional staff, and working with other managers to ensure proper deployment of audit staff/resources.
  • Responsible for managing multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously, scheduling, staffing, billing, and coordinating engagement workflow, while adhering to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
  • Preparing financial statements and ensuring that they are prepared in accordance with generally accepted professional and firm standards.
  • Make associations to develop new business for the Firm and ensure the profitability of assigned engagements. 
  • Responsible for complying with pronouncements of professional and other regulatory groups.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master’s degree a plus); Florida CPA license; significant experience in the health-care, non-profit and/or government industries and the ability to independently manage audits in a fast paced environment.  Strong customer service, time management, problem solving, project management, leadership, communication and PC skills including accounting software proficiency with a commitment to teamwork and high ethical standards are a must.



SENIOR AUDITOR

Experience in health-care, non-profit and/or government industries required.

We are currently seeking a resourceful, career-driven Senior Auditor with experience in public accounting to manage multiple engagements simultaneously for health-care, non-profit and/or government clients.  General duties and responsibilities include:

  • Conduct assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end.
  • Identify and communicate issues raised, offering recommended solutions relevant to business and risk.
  • Ensure audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstances, and risk.
  • Develop audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives.
  • Obtain and review evidence ensuring audit conclusions are well-documented.
  • Ensure adherence at all times to all applicable department and professional standards.
  • Communicate assigned tasks to engagement team in a manner that is clear and concise ensuring high quality, accurate, and efficient results.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, technology or the equivalent combination of Education, training, and work experience. A minimum of at least 2 years audit experience is required as well as one or more relevant professional certifications (i.e. CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE). Public accounting firm experience is desirable but not required.
