Senior Audit Manager
Summary of Responsibilities: Senior Manager is the liaison between the partner, the client, and the professional staff. Senior Managers are responsible for managing multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously, and scheduling, staffing, and coordinating engagement workflow. Senior managers assist with staff development matters. Senior Managers make associations to develop new business for the Firm and ensure the profitability of assigned engagements.
Required Experience/Educational Requirements:
- At least three (3) years experience in public accounting or industry equivalent (i.e. Government, Healthcare, Non-Profit and/or Housing), demonstrating a progression in complexity, scope, and number of engagements managed.
- Demonstrates ability to bring in new business to Firm and expand services to existing clients.
- MBA degree is required. CPA preferred but not required. Compensation commensurate with experience.
- Minimum of sixty hours of continuing professional education is required each year to maintain and develop technical and business skills.
- Participates in career development program to improve managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Required Licenses, Certificates, and Knowledge:
- A current and valid certified public accountant's license is required or equivalent accreditation.
- Must be a member in good standing with the Florida and American Institute of CPAs or industry equivalent.
- Proficiency in use of computers, computer accounting software, and other relevant software programs.

Audit Manager
Summary of Responsibilities: Managers are responsible for supervising larger more complex engagements and may manage two or more engagements simultaneously. Mangers assume responsibility for supervising engagements and special assignments, can review working papers and financial statements, and can communicate with clients on a one-on-one basis. Managers are responsible for complying with pronouncements of professional and other regulatory groups.
Required Experience/Educational Requirements:
- At least three (3) years experience in public accounting or industry equivalent (i.e. Government, Healthcare, Non-Profit and/or Housing), demonstrating a progression in complexity, scope, and number of engagements managed.
- MBA degree is required. CPA preferred but not required. Compensation commensurate with experience.
- Minimum of fifty hours of continuing professional education is required each year to develop technical and supervisory skills to provide and supervise services to clients.
