Professional & Business Experience
Darryl has over twenty-two (22) years of public accounting experience,
seventeen (17) of these years have involved analysis of business
operations, estimating business values and computing economic
damages.
He has worked on substantially all Sharpton, Brunson & Company's
litigation support engagements and has been an expert witness on all
of the firm's litigation jobs.
Darryl earned the designation of ABV (Accredited in Business
Valuation) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
in 1999. The ABV designation is granted exclusively to a select group
of certified public accountants who demonstrate substantial experience
and expertise in the business valuation field.
He has extensive experience in a number of industries including
transportation, municipalities, housing, hotel operations and
entertainment, professional services, among others.
