Tom's experience includes major right-of-way impact studies for governmental clients and the development of numerous eminent domain cases on behalf of the State Attorney General's Office involving business damage claims.

Certified as a business valuation expert, Tom earned the designation ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  The ABV designation is granted exclusively to a select group of certified public accountants that demonstrate substantial experience and expertise in the business valuation field.
